Would you date someone who has a healthy libido, But will not have intercourse Bc they are not ready for parenthood (& hey accidents happen 🤭👌😎)?

I am asking out of curiosity only. Sex can make babies. Protection prevents that often, but not always. I think many people do not consider this seriously and get shocked when they get pregnant (they being the couple not just the woman) That feel trucked manipulated victim of bad luck. In reality they had sex which leads to procreation at some point. For them that point was the last time they canoodled.

in my opinion there are 1001 ways to satisfy sexual desires outside of inter course. I think it is not so popular Bc it’s not cool. But really it’s not cool resenting your Kids, Bc you used a condom and it didn’t work.

Inter course alternative- does not have to mean Abstinence...

I don't know the numbers but I think surprise pregnancy🤰 account for like 50% of births. Not all surprised are unwanted, but some definitely are. Not fair to the #child

Well.. That is all from me. Discuss amongst yourselves, vote. 😘 🤓👋

Superb Opinion

  • I don't know how two people could regularly engage in sex without ever engaging in intercourse. People who have engaged in amazing intercourse know that other things can be fun but are not even CLOSE to being on the same par.

I'm not sure that I could trust that a person had a healthy libido if they weren't desperately hungry to fuck. The term healthy libido is subjective. What does that person mean by it? It would be hard for me to take their word. Their problem could very well be that they don't like to fuck or have never done it and have no idea if they like it or not.

I wouldn't consider marrying someone unless we were sexually compatible.

There are lots of birth control methods. Over decades, every one of my girlfriends were on the pill and there was never a mishap. But if a person was really pessimistic, they could double or triple up on several methods simultaneously. And then there is the morning after pill.

So, personally, I would not date someone who wouldn't have intercourse. But that's just me. I'm sure there are lots of guys who don't share my views.

    • Well thought out 😊

  • When I used to have sex with my girlfriends I would seldom ejaculate. Sorry for the technical language haha, but a man can have sex without orgasm, it just takes tons of self-control.
Its called carezza, or coitus reservatus. Its really hard to master and not lose control. Its really just about pacing yourself and taking care of the woman before yourself.

All my girlfriends were really into it, but most of the time they wanted me to cum haha.
So there is a balance for sure.

So I would say, yes, especially since nowadays most women expect sex before marriage, it sort of makes waiting impossible in my experience.

    • Yeah I understand. Lol interesting skill. Is it uncomfortable?

    • Initially yes, but I got used to it and improved my relationships a lot! The sex is basically what made my relationships because I dont think my girlfriends really liked me too much haha :p

  • A guy that’s worth your time would. Besides a lot of women get pregnancy scares and nothing happens especially with what happend to me I’m just inexperienced and I was overthinking lol like I always do. I remember when I was 16 I used to think like “hell no” I’m waiting until marriage but when I turned 18 my views completely changed lol now I just believe that you have to make sure that you love each other, trust him, and see a future with this person. If you ever feel ready condoms work but it will be even better if you paired them with birth control as well then you won’t have to worry anymore or even better you could get an IUD

    • I believe that my parents have been using condoms for years and nothing has happend

    • My boyfriend didn’t care about sex like at all for him it was like whenever you’re ready and he has always been a gentleman and stuff so I had to be the one to start things lol even though I’m super shy. I think that him being a gentleman turned me on even more.

    • Yeah.. .. I know what you mean about the gentleman thing lol 🥵 🤓😛👌👌

  • I learned that I had to take matters into my own hands as far as pregnancy is concerned. I’m not trusting a guy and his pack I’d dollar/pound store condoms so I’ve had an IUD since I was 16. The risks are minuscule so I’d probably move on if he wasn’t ready for responsibility.

  • If we were compatible and well suited for each other, it would be a short engagement - if I was younger. At my age, with the partners I have had, pregnancy is not an issue.

  • Yes I would

  • Actual, penetrating sex, is such a small part of the relationships that I really enjoy, and the women I have loved, and cared about!
SOOOOO many fun things you can share, that cannot get you pregnant!! :)
So many ways to tease her, and excite her, and, well, you get the idea. . .
But there are also the public things, and just being together, doing things you love, and interests you share! Holding hands, and walks, trying new restaurants together, and food interests!

    • Exactly! I totally agree, Jack.

    • @Jamie05rhs I find, that for a lot of women I have dated, just being close, listening, and NOT trying to have sex, makes them more comfortable, and more likely to be just what I call "casually playful', meaning that they like kissing, and close touching, slowly, softly, cuddling, while watching movies, and indulging, and sharing a pint of Ben and Jerry's, and I pretend that she didn't eat almost all of it, because I hate the flavor she chose!

  • I always try to surround myself with people who make their own choices and live unapologetically and free.
If the only reason for not having sex is the 1% chance of having a baby then no I'd probably be fed up quickly.
I don't want kids but I do want sex and if she truly has a healthy libido and a thing for me she'll want it too. My favorite is the girl who doesn't deny herself pleasure because of risk

    • How are you brother, all good? Is everything at least a bit OK? I mean the leabonon home situation

    • And I like this comment by the way, if it's wrong reason to deny pleasure to themselves if its ok if the thing health related we can understand but if it's just a motion can try to help and make her comfortable

    • Everything is still a bit hazy but personally I'm alright thank you for your concern. Lebanon however not so much

  • I would pass, her "healthy libido" don't worth much if she deny intercourse to her boyfriend, and that deal clearly benefit mostly her, for vast majority of guys intercourse is the most important part, foreplay is mostly a girls thing. As for people who act shocked at pregnancy I find it quite silly, sex has risks.

  • Maybe. I do enjoy going down on women, almost as much as sex. If she is actually interested in getting me off, and she can do so without intercourse, we can talk. Knowing what I know, the temptation for intercourse would be incredible. Maybe that's a good thing.

    • Lol cool 😎😊

  • Maybe making out with them can help offset those moments of desire... But of course, I would date pretty much anyone

    • That little guy is so cute :)

  • Yes I would date them but once we form a committed relationship and have deep feelings if they refuse to be open to intercourse then it will lead to a separation.

    • That makes sense. 😊

  • I agree that Thatcher is totally cool.
I wanted to think about this very interesting question for a while before giving an opinion. My answer is yes, I would date someone who wouldn't have intercourse for the reasons you give, but would still be sexually active with me in non-pregnancy causing ways. All those other activities would give us both release and ideally are still very intimate and bonding.

    • Yeah I agree 😊😊

  • sex with the right person is amazing and there is no replacement for it. but i do like getting oral so if she is okay doing that instead i'll take it

  • Hell no

    • Fair enough lol

  • well true there are many many ways to have sex without intercourse. And as a queer person i would say yess since i only have sex with women and folks who don't have a dick.

    • Lol right of course 😌😊

  • Yeah but that’s silly :/ I can’t even have kids so what’s the problem?

  • No I wouldn't but bonus for me I have a vasectomy so we will be good either way!

  • I would date a girl with no sexual activity, hey I can't risk getting her pregnant or even do a sex act that upsets her or just makes her not care for it

    • Yeah me too 😊

    • @vivant :-P :-D :-)

  • Yes. I don't mind going down on her or using toys if she uses them.
Intercourse can wait until marriage if we get there.

  • Not for very long

    • Sure I understand.

  • I could live with A:

  • Before I was ready to take that last step, we figured out ways to put a smile on each other’s face. Even though I can’t get pregnant, I wasn’t about to have sex with anyone but the right man.

    • Lucky In a sense in my opinion thoigh I know it is subjective 😌😊

    • @vivant I wish! But I get your point too.

  • I'm waiting till marriage to have sex. But once I do, I'm going to be fully open to the possibility of having kids. So my position is kind of in between the ones you mentioned

    • Yes I forgot that minor detail. Those who want kids. 😁🤓
