When my wife and I introduce friends to social nudity it's usually done in the context of activities that you'd be more likely to accept nudity at first- our sauna and our hot tub (before the pipes froze last winter... grr...) have been reliable ways to introduce nudity. We've also done "strip" versions of games, and have hosted nude dinner parties.

Well, some people are just gonna be to conservative to try this, but I would tell them its good for their self esteem to be naked and free of clothes. I've convinced a few people to try that and it worked.

With one really shy girlfriend, after sex I would cuddle with her before she could get dressed. She eventually was able to sleep all night with me holding her.

In the case of me and my girlfriend I just asked, if she didn't want to I went naked anyway Haha, got to the point that she wanted to join on yesterday but didn't because she was unwell
