Decades of experience and intensive study of women's breasts? Having dated several women with 32A boobs? The bottom picture is clearly a padded bra (at the very least), so I was going on the top picture, and assuming there's no padding or inserts or whatever, that's at least a 32B. A significant part of my workday is measuring things (when installing TVs, sound bars, in-wall or in-ceiling speakers, cameras, in-wall junction boxes, etc.), and when you've done that for years, you get very very good at doing visual estimates accurately. But even 25 years ago, I was winning bar games of "guess my bra size" with an accuracy rate of about 95%.

32A boobs on a petite woman are beautiful because they are usually firm and "perky." In my experience, smaller boobs are usually much more sexually responsive than big boobs. About 25% of all guys actually prefer smaller boobs and 25% have no preference, so your boobs should have the interest of half of the guys you meet.
