if they maintain themselves well and are generally healthy. then yes they can be beautiful and attractive in many cases. helps if they don't put on more then 50 pounds while pregnant. since it is much easier to take back off afterwards. because they can still exercise to some degree while pregnant. just have to do lower impact style exercises.
