My girlfriend was a virgin. I really felt she was missing out, but I understood she might have her reasons. Just turned out nothing clicked with others.

She LOVES sex and I are constantly proving to her it is everything I said it was.

That being said, the only reason I made a big deal of it is I didn't want her to miss out any longer. I wasn't judging her at all, but I was surprised. Turns out a lot of people are virgins in their 20's.

If you have a reason for wanting to be a virgin, that is more important than sex, more power to you.

I personally think with world politics as they are today, it is harder to try to come together with someone you are interested in, without fearing one mis step can cost you dearly. If everyone felt they could make big innocent mistakes, without things being blown out of proportion, there would be a lot more relationships. But everyone is ready to throw tables on everything. Labels that aren't even accurate. What some don't understand is the person labeling people has been labeled a labeler. I don't know a guy (or a girl) who wouldn't stay far away from someone who labels people. They have no idea how much they are hurting their own ability to have a relationships.

I feel bad for this generation where everyone has a say in your personal relationship. Especially if you butt hurt someone.

not everyone loses the V card in their teens or even twenties. unsure if your story is by choice or not. but having a long history is not really that great. because both guys and girls who do are less likely to bond with someone long term. since they start to compare their current and past relationships or hookups more often. also having some sexual standards is better. so long as their not unrealistic ones.

I respect that. I love how you are saving yourself for that special woman in your life, that one your going to marry and love for eternity. It's rare to see these days. With this you are a role model to other guys saying yes this can be done, though there are struggles in many ways, you can overcome the temptations. To be honest, I would love the person I marry to be a virgin and if he isn't I'm still going to love him anyway. Whomever the Lord has brought either of us to marry, he has plans for both of us.

If you're a virgin by choice then congrats, but if you're a virgin only because people don't find you attractive or you're too shy to approach them... then well honestly everyone goes by their own pace and i think you should just go with the flow instead of letting society tell u what to do
