Boyfriend smells fishy?

My boyfriend is quite the fan of oral sex, he always wants me to do it and I wouldn’t mind doing it; however, my boyfriend is a heavy drinker (borderline alcoholic) and I read that high alcohol intake results in fishy smelling pre-cum/cum. Sometimes the smell is so strong I can smell it as soon as he pull his pants down and it immediately puts me off. I got my boyfriend to drink pineapple juice a few times before oral sex or encourage him to drink a lot of water which helped significantly... but sometimes sex is spontaneous and no time to plan ahead. How do I give my boyfriend oral sex without feeling nauseous about the fishy smell? (I am super sensitive to bad smells and it immediately makes me feel sick)

His hygiene isn't that great if he's smelling bad before you even really do anything. It sounds like he has a yeast infection. A yeast infection can occur wherever it's warm, moist, and dark, so it's not uncommon for a man to get one in his crotch area, especially if he is neglectful of his crotch area in the shower and he's not washing clothes every time he wears them. He should definitely be drinking more water, paying more attention to his shower routine, and doing laundry before putting on something he already wears.

Him and I have been together for several years. He’s aware of how his heavy drinking affects his genital smell, but my problem is I don’t want to make him feel bad for his alcoholism (he’s working on it). I make jokes to him about he has to eat pineapple if he wants oral sex on a heavy drinking day and he does! But overall yes, you’re right. I just need to sit down with him and address the smell isn’t pleasant for me. Thank you :)

My guess is that it's not the alcohol making his dick smell fishy. I think he's been dipping in other ponds.

I’ve read things like onion, garlic, alcohol, and even leafy greens can influence the way your vagina or penis smell. My boyfriend drinks nearly a 24 case of beer in 2 days. Him and I have been together for several years and share a child. But trust me, the thought hasn’t crossed my mind. :/

If it smells bad, it's not alcohol, it's probably something else going on, usually if it's stank it might be that he got something you don't wanna know

It goes both ways! Your diet has a huge impact on your body :) if you eat poorly, you will taste/smell bad. That is why pineapple juice is so great to make your genitals taste a bit sweet!

My boyfriend and I have been together for several years and have 1 child together. I’m confident I do love this man and I noticed each man has their own smell. Just as of recent, as my boyfriend drinking has spiked so does the fishy smell.
