Because every person has their own preferences when it comes to sex. And it just so happens that very small amount of men have a preference for "women with penises".
Frankly, most straight guys would not be attracted to that, because they want a woman with, well, female genitalia.
And most gay men would not be attracted because they seek masculine men.
Therefore it's a very niche thing. And no, it's not just "what's inside that counts". People do date based on appearance. It's not bigotry or something like that. You're free to do whatever you wish with your body and other people are free to like or dislike it.

Many people don’t know how to handle or react to doing sexual actions with a girl who has a dick. You were born a guy, not a girl. Your body was a boy’s body. Your hormones were those of a guy. Your DNA was and still is, that of a guy. You were a guy. You only have boobs because of drugs you have gotten. So “Why don’t guys like girls who were born with a weenie?” Is not how you were, cause you are a guy, not a girl. In today’s world you can take the drugs and get the surgery, but the DNA that is present through your whole body is female. Legally you are entitled to the same rights as any others, but there is no right requiring people to accept your chosen changes as natural.
