it could be you are but it could just be the current stress on your body about your kidney stones, and the medication you would be on may have an impact on your period...
heal up, wait until your course of meds is out of your system and then do a preg test and then seek advice from your doc, if you have get 2 tests (just to be sure) make sure you test first pee of the morning after you wake up, and if one is positive and the other negative... go by the positive one, and make an appointment with your GP for a chat and they will test you

First off, at 16, your body still really hasn't had much of a chance to fall into a good, solid rhythm of "womanhood". Secondly, any surgery will create many changes and stresses for your body. And third, the fact that they were working by your kidneys in the iliolumbar region of your body means that- by definition- they were working rather close to your girl parts. Your stent - and I'm assuming it's a ureteral "kidney-to-bladder" stent which should be removed within a couple of months of insertion- should not "directly" effect any pregnancy, since that is vaginal in nature, not urethral.
Give your body a few more days to normalize after your surgery, and pop a quick OTC test. If you have additional concerns after this time, have a follow-up with your OB-Gyn.

There could be a lot of reasons why your period is late. You should definitely take a pregnancy test first before getting all worried like that, especially since you underwent a surgery recently so it could definitely have an effect on your body.

The best thing to do in my opinion is just wait a little bit longer, 3 days late isn’t necessarily a sign of much. I would say take a test in a few more days, maybe 4 more? It sounds like if you’re getting symptoms of a period, it should come soon. I’m a guy though, so what do I know lol. Good luck!
