Is it bad to watch porn and masterbate twice a day?

So I’m a 23 year old single guy. I usually watch porn multiple times a day but don’t let it get in the way of life I usually watch at night or morning if I don’t have to go to work I masterbate once a day sometimes twice and sometimes not at all. When I was in my teens I did it a lot more. Is this bad? Is this normal? Do you watch porn and masterbate this much?

Yeah that's about right is good to have a days break every now and then though is apparently not health to do it to much I used to do it a lot more when I was younger am a lot more chilled now though

Twice in a day doesn't sound like anything crazy to be honest, I'd say that's pretty common. Sometimes I masturbate more than twice in a day. As long as it's not negatively impacting your life.

It would be a problem if it got in the way of you doing things or it was all you could think about, but if not then it's pretty normal
