Let's say best case scenario he never shows it to anyone else and it's just for himself. That phone has a digital memory which is almost impossible to completely get rid of. If he loses his phone or something it's out there and a tech savvy person could unearth it. The S. Korean police have a department just for extracting deleted texts and videos from phones so it's possible.
Worse case scenario there is no way of knowing he won't post it. A lot of men post stuff of their girlfriends and wives on porn sites under amateur. One NBC online news producer is in prison right now because he filmed himself with his girlfriend without her knowing and posted the video on a Finnish porn site. She found the video on a laptop and reported him.
Unless you are both into that and have agreed this is something both of you want to do he shouldn't be doing it. It actually sounds a bit icky the way he sprung it on you.

you clearly said "no" so that should have been enough to say it isn't right, and if you are concerned he will show other's it even if he says he won't, that shows that
1) you dont trust him enough so why are you with him
2) he isn't respectful of your rights again so why are you with him
3) saying they love you doesn't always mean they do, actions prove more than words, and clearly from the point of him ignoring what you said... for example "NO!" just shows that his actions clearly say otherwise
It's hard to judge as we dont know what he is like as a person and what he is like around friends but personally I would never share anything like that but ano people who would and if he said your face won't be available does that been he is posting it online? or your face is just completely out of the video?
