I've gotten erections before when I got full body massages from a Licensed Massage Therapist. During my first job out of law school I was stressed and I carried a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders and back. The gym where I went had massage rooms where LMTs could freelance. So when I went for the first time the LMT told me to "undress to my level of comfort" and then get on the table under the drape cloth while she stepped out for a few minutes. Not wanting to be a prude and figuring that she was a health professional I undressed completely. About 15 or 20 minutes into the massage, while I was on my back, I got a full erection and it definitely showed under the thin drape. But I didn't have any creepy sexual intentions toward the LMT at all. I apologized to her and told she could stop if she felt uncomfortable. But she was very professional and unfazed and said it was a normal reaction to the massage due to activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. She said it didn't have to be an issue. So she completed the massage and I continued to get massages from her going forward and sometimes I would still get an involuntary erection but like she said it wasn't an issue and was a normal reaction.

I've only ever gotten massages from LMTs and I'd say about half the time I would get an involuntary erection.

I get massages frequently because I run a lot and compete in a lot of races. Some of the time (maybe 10%) I will get slightly aroused (boner) when she works on my butt or inner legs. It is what it is.
Depends on the massage. I’ve been to places that are rub and tug, and to places that are legit massage places. To be honest most rub and tug places tend to be single minded. They literally want you in and out. Whereas a legit place won’t allow any touching. To me the best places are where you can get a real relaxing massage AND at the end get a pleasurable release at the end. As you can imagine those places are hard to find.
What arouses me during a massage is the knowledge that I can get a happy ending after a relaxing massage.

A full body massage from a lady, when I am nude, yes, most times I will get aroused just from knowing she can see my intimate areas. That doesn't always mean I will have an erection but there will likely be a small puddle of precum.
If it's a sports massage, I'm more likely to just be dealing with the pain and therapy, so wouldn't be aroused.

More times than not I get aroused and it just happens. A good therapist doesn't pay any attention to it and understands it can be a natural reaction. The first time this happened to me I was embarrassed and apologized and the therapist said thank you making sure I feel safe but it's a natural reaction for some men and then changed the subject. Eventually it goes away when you're getting a deep tissue massage and they beat the crap out of your muscles lol
