How do I know if a guy just wants sex?

I’ve been talking to this guy I met online for about 3 weeks now. We’re meeting soon, he sends me huge messages and stuff but he can take a while sometimes. But then the other day he was posting about sex in general and put my specifically to see the story as it was like a private thing. He’s never spoken to me about sex yet though, he flirts and says flirty remarks and stuff but not often. He also stated in his bio ‘don’t want a relationship at the moment’ but I genuinely didn’t realise he put that until I shown my friend him the other day and she pointed it out. If that’s the case though why is he making so much effort with me and willing to meet in public? Like we can talk forever and he seems interested?

For why else he opens car doors, paid for dates, spend time shopping... when he can actually spend time building his career or play games?

PS: that doesn't mean he not interested in a relationship.

Usually sexual attraction comes first, then the first sex, then (hopefully) progress to a committed loving relationship, even marriage.

He's trying to smash. How do you know? He's a young guy that barely knows you and is already talking about sex. If you put out don't cry later saying guys are trash. If he sticks around and doesn't make it about sex then maybe he's worth dating since he's willing to wait.

He clearly was hurt, he wants to love again, that effort purely for sex, he would've been more direct by then.

he's in for real I think, with some certainty.

It's all about the time frame and what's done in that frame, like a week or 2 and that's the sex hunting period if he really only wanted that in my opinion.
