ask them why they choose to continue to be with you if you are that bad!
surely if you were that bad, then they wouldn't remain.. after all a friends with benefits is not a serious relationship and therefore no commitments of sorts
nothing tying them donw to come back to your bed...

  thanks, and yeah it's always made me laugh when some people complain about those they have sex with, not being that good... or do something bad they hate, yet remain with them... especially if they aren't actually in a serious relationship... feels pointless in my opinion :)

  which means he either is only saying it just to make you feel less about yourself... or he's more concerned about his own inadequacies and just simply projecting those uncertainties on to you.. but if i was you i'd just say to him... if he thinks they you're not that good, he's not getting anything else... he can simply get it elsewhere

  being bad in bed is not a bad thing though, it's just a case of experience, and if someone you are with isn't helping to expand your knowledge then isn't the fault of your lack of knowledge also their fault too? my last girlfriend was a virgin when i met her, in her mind she knew what she wanted to do, and watching a lot of vids and reading about what her interests were showed her to some degree how and what, but when we began having sex it was down to me to help her expand on her knowledge, especially since I have been sexually active for so long, but not once did i ever find it appropriate to say she was bad in bed, instead it was more constructive to encourage her by communicating and sharing in her building new experiences, after all no one knows everything but everyone learns and improves with practice, putting someone down though by saying how bad they are, never helps them to want to learn as it can have the effect of simply making you believe there is no point or just losing interest in what you enjoy or improving on what you already know
