Men, what’s your opinion on lingerie?

Do guys actually care about a girl wearing a matching lingerie set/sexy lingerie?

This may not be the majority opinion, but for me personally, I'm not the biggest fan of most lingerie. To me, it feels like the girl is trying too hard sometimes, or that she's failing to understand that we guys want HER, and NOT the wrapping she comes in. And in fact, what it sexier to me is things that aren't intended to be overtly sexy, but BECOME sexy because of the girl wearing them.

For example, a girl wearing panties and a tight thin tank top or T-shirt, or maybe one of MY T-shirts, but I can see her shape and curves through them - THAT is far more sexy to me than most lingerie.

The one lingerie exception for me is the babydoll nightie - particularly sheer ones and ones that do NOT have a structured bra - I want to see HER curves, not the curves created by the clothing.

But for the most part, it's sexier if it's not OBVIOUSLY trying to be sexy. Women are already incredibly sexy on their own - they don't need to dress themselves up all fancy to be attractive and sexy, and too much can easily be more of a distraction than a help.

it is nice when a girl goes the extra mile and wears some nice lingerie once in a while. but even some more basic stuff can still do the trick most of the time. helps if the outfits/clothing at least somewhat matches either by color or theme. but material and design is totally her choice depending on what she likes to wear. that flatters her body well and makes her feel sexy but also comfortable. legit good quality lingerie is meant to enhance or showcase a girls natural beauty. but even a nice bra and panty set with some stocking tends to work well.

I like it, it makes me feel sexy. I love LaPerla, classy and elegant, sadly it is a bit expensive. As for what my husband thinks, he likes it better thrown on the floor after he takes it off me.

i really like female underwear and actually like them to keep it on too but as for style, a simple pair of white cotton panties from walmart can be as sexy as any victoria secrets ensemble as far as im concerned
