My vagina smells really bad?

So, sometimes when I get done masterbaring my sister says she can smell my vagina or the room smells funny. And my older sister suggests that I wipe better. In the past I had two bladder infections and a yeast infection. Finally, today a puppy tried to smell me down there three times which only proves that I might have a problem. The issue is that I went to get checked out and it was so painful that the doctor couldn't do anything but tell me to come back later. I really don't know what to do

Probably a yeast infection. If your washing the inner vaginal area with soap then that could be it as well (it strips off the natural mucus coating and acidic compounds that keep it bacterial free which not only opens up the area for bacteria but also drys it out increasing the likelyhood of infection). Either way you do need to go to a doctor for that because its highly unlikely that its going to get better.
