It's definitely hard to tell at first but I do agree that some of the ones who appear very sexual are actually full of shit and have a lot of sexual hang ups.
The most perverted ones are sometimes the most repressed ones.
Like school teachers and ones from very religious families.
Sometimes, I can sense their vibe and energy and determine if they are truly reserved or are just trying to seem reserved
