I've seen so many comments of men complaining about women, men mentioning women are inferior, women are toxic and so on... So, why do men still get in any type of relationship with women (friend, couple, marriage, client/prostitute,...)?

Because for men like myself, we want only three things :
+ For Men to be allowed to be Masculine
+ For Women to be allowed to be Feminine
+ For Governments to be Small Governments.

In a essence, for many of us ( not all, of course ), we want to go back to the social structure of the 1850s Victorian England Era ( The Age of Reason ).
Why?
+ Men were allowed to display the full range of their Masculinity. To be cocky, to be assertive, to be alphas, to show dominance and their love for competition, to be bound by Honor and Duty.
+ Women were allowed to display the full range of their Femininity. To be submissive, to be agreeable, to be polite. And in many ways, to have disgusting things like hysterical and solipsistic behaviors to be shunned and ostracized by society, thus promoting the positive archetype of women ( the "Eve" archetype ) instead off the negative archetype of women ( the "Lilith" archetype ).
+ And last, to have a Laissez Faire economy and thus a Small Government, to the resources of men can not be transferred ( i. e. robbed ) to those who didn't earned it ( that means, those who didn't actually gave something in exchange for those resources ).
