I think that whomever made the labels is creative and wants to make some money. Kind of like the "Boom Chicka Pop" bag of plain old popcorn selling at ludicrous prices and providing a similarly huge margin on a "gimmick sell" of a plain, simple product.
Would I get one? The only possibility MIGHT be for a gag gift for a bachelor (ette) party or someone retiring.
And for that matter, I could simply buy a candle at the dollar store, and make my own label since I've done graphics for 54 years! Some of my engraving work from about 35 years ago just showed up (in a very incidental manner) on a TV show, but at least it shows that I use quality materials so making the label would be the very least of my worries!
