The way I interpret it, is a woman who understand and accepts a female role in a relationship such as she is the submissive and he is the leader as it should be.

She's also against abortion and LGBT.

Their are a lot of ways that a person can be conservative but they are independent of each other. Some people are conservative in all of these areas and some people are none of these. I am some of these but not all

Fiscally Conservative - Against High Taxes and Government Handouts
Sexually - monogamy, virginity vs slut walks and open relationships
Politically - Support conservative issues and approaches vs Liberal ones
Socially - Traditional vs Progressive (e. g. Gay Marriage, Transgender issues)
Religiously - Orthodox vs Reformed beliefs
Abortion - Pro Life vs Pro Choice

I don't think that someone's loss of virginity means someone is not conservative.

Of course a conservative woman doesn't have to be a virgin. She won't be very conservative if she's a total slut, but that doesn't mean she can't have had sex at some point. There's no rule that says you have to be able to find your partner right away, and I don't even consider someone to be into the hook-up culture if they had casual sex at some point, as long as they didn't fuck a considerable amount of people
