Women can wear lingerie, stockings, body's etc. But is there anything similar for men? There are strings and tangas existing for men but do they look any sexy?

Clothing is really, really important. Well... actually, influential, powerful.
I don't want guys to look like they don't care, or like every other guy. I want to see some effort, some personality, some attention to detail. I do care about this more than some women, but I cannot emphasize this enough - to put little thought into this is a majorly missed opportunity. (But metrosexuals who are super vain are also unsexy, so you must try and find a balance between.)

But you want to know about what he wear under it.
I tell guys "think of yourself as a present. She wants to unwrap you. And girls do not start with what's in the box. They want the wrapping. Getting right down to business, seeing it all, is thinking too narrowly.
I personally am not turned on by anything feminine on a man. I know there is much, much less to choose from, being a guy, but that's why the clothing is important.
Boxer briefs. The ones that come part way down the thigh, and are fitted. Every guy looks good in them. Anything else has a bit less odds of being sexy.
There's nothing wrong with boxers. They're looser and more comfortable, less constricting, I know. (Natural cotton breathes the best and has the most give. But cotton is becoming a rare commodity due to geography and huge amounts of water needed to produce it; instead you'll mostly find polyester blends because it's much cheaper and easier to manufacture, and it doesn't shrink and washes easily.) So then it comes down to whatever patterns and colours you like. I'd say, express yourself. Don't just buy solids. Some girls like novelty ones, some don't. Boxers can be goofy or classic, but are less sexy.
Silk boxers seem like a good idea, but silk is very hard to find, most will be polyester substitutes, and, again, it doesn't stretch, so it's good just for the bedroom, not so much for wearing all day.
For boxer briefs, they hug in all the right places, hold you in, and for most guys they're comfortable enough (unless you're really large, in which case they constrict too much.) A black or dark base with contrast stitching in a brighter or bolder or deeper colour (I like jewel tones), that runs along the waist band, around the crotch, vertically... that is what you want. It emphasizes the area you want emphasized. Even if you're not that large, once hard, being barely contained in there - that's a good thing.
You can also find a few boxer briefs here and there that have patterns. I found one that is a cityscape outline, in black, white, and grey. I love those.

I don't have any opinion about other 'lingerie' for men. Some might think of BDSM stuff as accessories, lingerie, but that's a bit risky, might seem a bit intimidating to some girls.
You can't go wrong with a big fluffy bath robe, and not much else on underneath.

Think accessories, too. A single ring, heavy chain around the neck, maybe a pendant or necklace you bought on your travels that is personal to you, a metal or leather cuff bracelet (those are really hot), and maybe even a wild or sophisticated tie, with no shirt on; even a funky hat. Dressing in reverse, sort of. All sexy.

The right attitude, right mindset, right amount of abandon can make any man sexy. But it always helps to think about the presentation as well, so you're on the right track here.

Damn, I guess I’m screwed then lol. I wear an undershirt and a t-shirt with loose fitting jeans. That’s loose, none of this “relaxed” or “regular” or “boot cut” stuff. I ensure that the clothing colors match along with the footwear and that the shirts give off a layered look. Everything matches, even my socks and boxers. Same goes for my gym clothes except I wear shorts in there during the summer. I just feel comfortable in this clothing. I have business casual clothes but I can’t stand them. I like the colors but I don’t like dressing up like that unless I have to, it’s not comfortable to me.

I’d say a suit of some kind. You know when you see old British series and you see attractive guys all dressed up in private schools, and then I try to envision them in normal clorthing and he becomes kinda average
