I totally agree and the same applies to people sleeping around, like if a girl's going to get shamed for it, then so should a guy.
I feel like it's because it's not known for being that way around, like I think guys are more known for being rather open sexually, so the other gender will get shamed for it, kind of like how it's more socially acceptable for a girl to cry, but a guy may get shamed if he does the same.
Personally I find it trashy regardless of the gender but that's just me, I don't care too much anyway. I just ignore it.
