ESPECIALLY considering women give birth to children (which if you didn't know are quite a bit larger than a penis)
Not to mention that there isn't actually a size difference between the races

For it to get "loose" down there, you kind of need to shoot out a baby or two. Often that doesn't even do it. From what I know, a wand can't really do that anyway. I suppose this is your "natural state", more or less.
