Whether making jokes about Black penis is racist depends on the jokes. Racism refers to negative prejudice towards people based on their race, which could be expressed in the form of believing that certain races are inferior, discrimination, violence, hatred, and intolerance. If your friends are saying that "you're lucky" for being with a Black guy because of his penis, most likely, they believe that Black men have bigger penises than other races on average, which is a positive generalizations. Positive generalizations are not racist by definition. In my opinion and based on my own experiences and studies I've read, Black men do seem to have bigger penises on average, but that doesn't mean that every Black person has a big one. Even though your friends might not be guilty of racism, they are still guilty of stereotyping because they're implying that a big penis applies to all or most Black guys. While positive stereotyping is not hatred, it could lead to some serious disappointment should they ever date a Black guy and discover that he has a small penis.
So many of my old friends would make these jokes about me and the guys I was sleeping with. They certainly had no reason to be jealous or envious because I would have easily fixed them up with some and they could have the real experience.
That's so true. If they really think we're so lucky they should go and get themselves a black guy too. Everyone wins.

I would say any time people want to talk about their assumptions in regards to race it is a tiny bit racist. It is not necissarily harmful, but if you adhere to the idea that some subset of people can get mad about pretty much anything, it invites anger over a racial trait that may not be true. Of course, if it is true and people get mad, that's just their problem with reality. But there will never be an impartial study on penis size by race to prove one way or the other.
Racism is a weird, weird thing. Most of us make ethnic and racist jokes among friends and family. I certainly have. My favorite joke was by a Mexican woman who told me I was the nicest "Black" guy who never raped her.

But racists don't like telling jokes to their friends and family. They want to tell the joke to folks who don't know them from last Tuesday. And then they want to try to avoid any consequences for doing something so stupid.
We all know these jokes are based upon the racist stereotype created by eugenicists like Dr. Phillippe Rushton. Those guys are the ones who made the claim "Black" men have the biggest penises. And claimed it was because "Black" people have the highest sex drive.

it's pretty complicated with jokes. It's not about the content most of the time but ho it's used. Jokes nowadays can be used for laughter and fun but also for degrading and humilliating others. So it very much depends on the usage.
Um jokes are meant to be offensive words aren't bad context is what can make them bad so no racism isn't that common you're sadly being lied to racism is out there obviously but it's really more rare than you're being told

No, but it's pretty silly TBH.. First they assert that the size of a dudes penis is valuable to the woman's experience, and then they assume that the stereotype of big penis beast men "Black" guys.. But no I wouldn't assume they are racist because they joke about the stereotypes

Racism is when a representative of one group, White Anglos for example, believe their group is inherently superior to another group, Blacks, for example, such as to be entitled to control and even own representatives of that group,. American slavery was inherently racist. Stereotyping is not inherently racist. It can be bigoted; forming a negative opinion of some group and then judging them by your opinion, or it can even be complimentary, such as Asians are good at math.

When is the last time you heard a joke that didn't make fun of someone or something. A joke by it's very nature is irreverent. I don't have much of a filter when it comes to jokes. But i never want to upset anyone. So if i upset someone with my comment. I'm very selective of what i say to them in the future.
I do not think it is racist, given the context of what they said. Though judging people based on something you believe is unique to their race, is considered racist.
With that being said, I do not believe black men have bigger penises in general. Though it can be true, but only someone with a lot of sexual experience with men of different races can confirm that.
