Here's the thing I'm not going to dress my old lady so if she wants to run around not wearing a bra then whatever but if she's doing it trying to seek attention from other dudes and we're supposed to be exclusive then there's a problem but I'm a little bit of an odd ball. I would talk to her about it and if her thing was it turned her on to get that attention from guys only to get worked up and come home to take it out on me or maybe her bra was hurting but if she's being shady then fair is fair I'm not gonna flip out I'd just tell her if that's how she wants it to be then we'll have an open relationship and I'm cool with that as long as we're honest with each other I don't get jealous and I'm not gonna fight with a chick because she don't want to be with me or whatever. We can just call it quits and move on I've never really had a bad break up except my first real girlfriend was a get around girl and I was young but even with her we were cool after even hooked up here and there and stayed friends
It depends on if the nipples are showing. Now this also depends on the couple some could go out with the husband full of ripped abs no shirt and the wife in a very slim bikini bottom and a half cut off shirt with nipples showing through. I can't say that does not exist. But from all the girls and women I see walking around nipple showing is not common. So no bra fine but nipples showing... That would reflect on me as much as it would be on her if we went into a public place. So I'd lean towards not being comfortable with that

Personally it makes me feel really uncomfortable going somewhere public without a bra on. I don't mind going to get the mail or just chilling in the front or back yard without a bra on but If i'm going some where public it's basically a must for me. I'm not part of the IBTC but I don't have big boobs either but they just jiggle a lot more and you know, naturally your nipples just kinda poke out a bit and I'm not trying to broadcast my nipples to everyone. That would just give a guy another reason to come up to me, which I don't want. On a couple occasions iv'e been to the store to get one or two things and I was wearing a larger baggy T shirt.

I'll be brutally honest... I really like "easy access" outfits on my girl. Going braless definitely applies. It would bother me if it was a drop dead slutty look. A little extra bounce and pokies are Ok. But a thin, skin tight white T-shirt is not going to happen.
