So basically what happened was I was with family all-day and got back a couple of hours ago. I wanted to just relax before falling asleep and I got the urge to masturbate.

I’d you are prone to vaginal infections then I might be worried. We place so much emphasis on butts and feces. Truth is your vagina has some safeguards for this. Douching can be bad if done too much. Remember the vagina has evolved to fight infections. From its ph nature to being a hostile environment for bacteria.
I’m not saying you should shove some shit in there, but I have had anal sex with girls and then done vaginal immediately after. I’ve never had them tell me that they got an infection. You’re more likely to get one from just not washing the thing before use.

While it's possible you might develop a yeast infection, the odds are you'll be fine. It's not advisable to switch back and forth between your vagina and ass but the truth is people do it all the time and usually don't have any problem. My girlfriend and I did it dozens of times before she finally got a yeast infection, and then we stopped doing it and haven't done it since. She used an over the counter ointment (Monistat?) and it took care of the infection within a day or two. You might want to get some and use it proactively, but like I said you should be fine.

Your chances of getting an infection from that are actually fairly low. I mean it's possible, and it does happen, but people also go back and forth between anal and vaginal all the time without getting an infection, too. Don't sweat it unless you start to feel some symptoms. And if you do, just get one of the vaginal creams meant for that purpose and you'll be fine.

As I'm sure you know the vagina is pretty good at cleaning itself out. Like other have said I would just make sure your hygiene for that region is on point for the next week or 2 and keep a close eye for signs of infection.
