To me, a fetish, any fetish is creepy and a sign of warning about that person. Not only guys but girls as well.

I see a fetish or a kink as a part of a deeply rooted psychological issue with that person and I personally would never get involved with a person that has a kink or fetish, mainly if this fetish is of a sexual nature. The risk is just too great for me to want to be associated with that person.

In you case, the issue would be that I could never trust you NOT to (mis) use my underwear for your kink and in a relation, trust is everything. Without trust, there is no relation possible.

By the way, I do not own pantyhose but only underwear but the principle remains the same.
