Many people assume that if a man has an impregnation fetish that he would also have rape fantasies. Just because he has that fantasy doesn't mean he wants to achieve that fantasy by force. He may value consent and so might women. It doesn't mean that would also have rape fantasies.

People can fantasize whatever they want, as long as they don't bring it into practice, it's harmless to others. Some fetishes should stay fantasies as you will never get consent, or, in the case of a rape fetish, it's impossible to get consent because in that case it wouldn't be rape.
