It also depends on her age though, it can be alarming for an underage girl to discuss sexual stuff with people. However, if she is an adult woman, it could also be she is anticipating of the moment, and might perhaps feel left out, so by interacting she would know that they also people like her who is waiting for the right person.

I simply asked as in-general since i have met girls like that, and No, the ones i met who were like that did not consider themselves sexual goddesses. They were trying to satisfy their curiosity and who knows, may be getting off too at the same time. Thing i did not like about this type of girls was that they were helping bunch of pervs get off (not sure whether they were realizing that or not) and them helping some guys get off was something i could not deal with (still cannot)
