For us guys, yes. There is much difference. Let me explain. Could be long.

1) if you masturbate with your hand, then you may use any force (for tightness) and any speed. There is no "drop out" hence the process from start to ejaculation is "perfect".

But when you have sex, the vagina wall is made up of tissue and muscles. Hence the "grip" is now replaced by her ability to tighten or loosen her muscles (she usually does nothing, hence you may "feel nothing" if you masturbate with "death grip").

And worst, some positions may cause your penis to drop out of her vagina, thus spoil the mood (a little).

But the positive side is, her vagina is much warmer than your hand and hence very pleasurable.
