My female friend allowed me to see her naked. Why?

My question is: What does it mean, how do you think?

We were staying with a group of friends in a house and attended a sauna.

I was outside and to get inside I needed to pass a shower room. I heard that there is someone washing and asked whether I can enter. She asked whether I just need to pass the room. I answered "yes" and she said: "ok, go". I entered the room and have seen her and her boyfriend both naked taking a shower. They just turned their backs on me and didn't try to hide or put on any clothes.

When I saw this picture, I stopped in doubt, whether to pass or maybe it's better to exit the room and let them finish taking a shower. She said "go on faster!" and I finally passed through.

Can you explain, what can be the reason for this? She let me see her naked right in front of her boyfriend.
