As long as you like, as long as you can control the urge to ejaculate (the degree of control will depend on level of arousal, experience and the strength of the pubococcygeal ('pc') muscle (i. e. the 'fuck muscle' between a guy's ballsack and anus), and also the length of time since the last ejaculation - after a few days of not ejaculating it can be quite hard to resist the urge, because you will have built up a good reserve of semen that is probably busting to be let out...).
