I love this type of question... If a woman who is very sexually excited the side of the she wanted a start walking up on guys and rubbing their chest Hoping to initiate a sexual experience what would be the general response in society would they allow it or do you think they would have the police called on them for sexual harassment? However if a guy would engage in the same type of behavior what would be the response I'm pretty sure he'd be under arrest.

Meaning for a man to Initiate that type of very response even if it's something he wants Is much riskier than it is for female which is why I'm in 10 to sit back and say okay I guess I just have to deal with this while women can get away with pushing the envelope.

In some specific cases, sure; hormones aren't static. And if you ever talk to a woman who's had to take supplementary testosterone, they'll tell you just how disruptive it can be. But for many reasons- social, psychological, biological, etc.- it's a lot easier for women to get sex than men (note that this doesn't mean it's always easy; just less difficult), so women, as a whole, don't have a need to get used to a lack of sex.

I would say in general they are the same but guys can just jerk off and move on its fast and easy in most cases most guys usually masterbate daily and women don't so the need for dick is higher than a guy wanting pussy.
