I told her i didn't think it would work out and that she may be better off staying at a homeless shelter. She said she wouldn't be able to look herself in the mirror and would die of embarrassment if anyone found out... So then she said she'd be willing to help with cooking and cleaning and would be ok fucking 3 times a week. And I agreed so... Yeah I guess I guess it all worked out

If you have the space free to give, then let her stay. If she wants to have sex with you and you want it too, you can have sex 10+ times a day.
You should not make her having sex with you for a place to sleep.
That would be exploiting her current situation which would be sexual abuse and if she has no choice but to do it in order to have a decent place to sleep the sex would not be consensual.
Please remember that sex is not something you are taking from someone, it's about offering love and pleasure to someone (and giving it if it is welcomed).

  If you tell her that she can stay at your place even without her sleeping with you and she still wants to, then you can assume it ok to do so. Having a choice means that there are not only alternatives that are possible but that they are OK (you can always find a park bench to sleep on or have yourself arrested to get off the street, but these alternatives are not OK).
