I'm no expert but here's what I remember, as I understand it: women have a glans near their G-spot that creates a fluid similar to semen, without the sperm of course, and it get's extracted into the bladder from which sometimes it might squirt out, kinda like how guy's cum get's out through the same hole as their urine I guess. Some women often ejaculate, many might sometimes, and many never release it at all. Otherwise it just gets out later during urination. The exact percentages of how many women ejaculate and how often are still unclear. Also, female ejaculation is not the same as squirting/gushing? There's generally not been a lot of studies on female ejaculation and scientists only started figuring it out fairly recently, and I'm not one of those scientists so take what I say with a grain of salt.
