How to regain sensitivity of the penis?

Are there any ways to regain sensitivity of my penis? I am circumcised, and I can orgasm through normal intercourse, but not through oral... Could the lack of sensitivity of the penis be the reason why I have trouble?

  • Sensitivity issues are often directly caused by circumcision. Even some intact men have difficulty with orgasm, so losing a significant amount of nerves, and the glans keratinization only damage.

Hopefully you don't have chronic pain as well, I've met many who have that sort of issue.

If you're overweight, have high blood pressure, nerve issues (sciatica or lumbar disc damage can cause it too), often ride a bicycle, or low testosterone can all cause decreased sensation.

If it's always been this way for you, the only method is to obtain or build a skin tugger to begin the slow (and sometimes painful) growth of new skin. The DTR (Dual Tension Restorer) or TLC Tugger are two excellent products. I prefer the DTR, but both designs are well proven.

Stretching will take years, even with a daily regiment. In that time you'll notice more skin growth, and less tight erections. If you have curvature or splitting skin from extreme tension, that will decrease over time, as new skin grows.

The glans will slough off the keratin layer starting several months after starting to stretch. I had overly tight skin and had to start simply by taping the skin together over the glans. A couple years later I started stretching the skin. Sensitivity is better, but I also have chronic pain there: nerve damage from the circumcision, located on the scar line. It feels like perpetual burning and cutting. It's also common. Meatal stenosis is even more common, and the only way to fix it is either stretching the meatus (urethra opening), or cutting it open. That may also help with erection pain. Both are painful in and of themselves. Cutting is the permanent option. I still can't really orgasm, but sometimes with masturbation. The excised foreskin nerves will not regenerate, so the idea is to preserve the remaining 20% of nerves on a circumcised penis. That percentage is not an exaggeration. Men lose 70-80% sensation from circ.

It's frustrating, and I have already berated and insulted my parents for their willful ignorance about male genital mutilation (circumcision). I have also spoken out about it on this site, or in public, having saved some boys as a result. Cutting of males should be banned, as it has for females. I didn't ask for this, and do not want it. I could have been cut later. I am sorry for any man cut at birth, even if he's accepting: there is much they are missing. I would love to see a ban in my lifetime, but it's a cash cow for the medical and cosmetic industry. Most unfortunate.

  • Foreskin restoration is a possibility- it's a long (3+ year) process though. If you were circumcised loosely enough you can retain your remaining inner foreskin/shaft skin over your glans using O-rings or purpose built devices, like the "your skin cone" from TLC. Switching to tighter underwear, which limits movement of the penis, limiting chafing, can also help

  • Maybe she just doesn't know how to suck it bro

  • No don’t buy into that shit. Think of the foreskin as a cuticle on the finger. It’s just an extraneous growth. The truth is many circumcised guys can cum like crazy with oral and there are many uncircumcised guys that can’t. Just know your body and accept what it likes and what it doesn’t

  • get a different guy to do it on you.
