I think because it shows a thin waist and because, especially when wearing at thong, it almost seems like she's naked. And, of course, because you can see the shape of her ass and legs.

Honestly, it doesn't do anything particularly special for me, but I'm more of a breast man than an ass man, and not a leg man at all, so maybe it's the ass and leg men who go crazy for it.
