All of these examples look extreme.
The first picture looks like a female. Total turn off in that pose, lighting, etc. And I don’t like men completely hairless in the groin. Zero hair looks like prepubescent.
The other pictures are all very hairy. It will depend what culture people are from, what they are used to seeing. I am not attracted to them either.
I chose ‘B/Trimmed’ regardless of photos. Some trimming is my ideal/preferred.

  Because you wrote A as “absolutely smooth.” The lighting looks feminine because it is beauty lighting, smoothing out the skin, trying to remove all imperfections. It might have even been retouched. I like flaws. I like things that are real. For black and white photography of men perfectly smooth is usually not the goal. They will even often add a green filter to add texture. We differentiate women as being silky smooth and men having body hair. They don’t show the faces but some stubble facial hair would add a bit of masculinity to the first. Well except now a whole bunch of people think any body hair is disgusting, and even guys are getting rid of all groin hair. That is the trend/fad. They’re both about the same to me, kind of one the extremes, but I am more familiar and comfortable with not much body hair. But everyone’s different. I don’t like men with no hair (esp face and groin, it’s sexy if they have some but trimmed/shaped), or tons of hair. In between for me, preferably.

  Seems like you have a lot of knowledge about photography and lighting. I have no such idea. Well , yeah A is absolutely smooth skinned perfect smooth as a woman's skin is. And see , even you are more comfortable with that smoothness over too much hair as D has. This is the reason majority of men these days are going for very smooth skin even on the face and groin area. So, how do you prefer it on a man's legs , thighs and arms in terms of body hair? If you see Option C has arm, leg hair. How about such hairiness?

  I’m not sure if I’m the person you want this detail of opinion from. I do have strong opinions about it, but they may not be the opinions of the girls you end up meeting and wanting to be with. For one thing, I don’t like vanity. And I’m not that superficial. And I think people are being way too hard and critical of each other nowadays. Yes, I know about photography. I’m also pointing on that all of these things are trends. They may seem like personal preferences, but people are highly influenced by mass cultural trends. And then they change, and culture morphs again. I also went to cosmetology school, and studied all about hair for a year. That could be partly also factoring into why I don’t think humans should so desperately trying to fight nature. All hair on the body is pre-set to grow to certain lengths, at certain rates. Going against this is a lot of work, energy, cost, and really in a way, it’s futile. I know, some men don’t like to go down on a woman if she has hair down there. But the only way to completely eliminate it is to get it waxed every 3 weeks. Anything longer than that, and ingrown hairs result. And then never get fixed.

  So as an overarching philosophy, I would accept a partner with whatever hair situation they had. Except I prefer people who do put some effort into their appearance, in general, and trimming all hair looks tidy, and sexy. (I care about the hair on the head too.) And culture plays into this. You really can’t ask a very Anglo woman like me what she thinks in detail about a lot of body hair, because it is not in my genes, my culture, etc. I like other nationalities and have dated outside my race, but everyone has been low on body hair, because of our ancestry. It’s unlikely I’d come across many full body hair guys, in my world. But if you are like this, it’s probably a part of your heritage and makeup, and then the girls should accept and like that. (Frankly, if they don’t, I would question that, if I were you.) This is all just my thinking; you don’t have to pay any attention to it, really!

  Yes, of course. All men (and all people who are not prepubescent) have hair down below. If I was a male and naturally like that, I would hope that women would accept me as I am. Because it’s a major thing to try and get rid of it. It will grow fast, be prickly, be a lot of work, you might even need help to do it. So just leave it. But it’s between you and the women.

  Noo... I was talking about hair around and slightly below the belly button and nt literally the hair " dow there". As you said that the guy A has literally very smooth belly while you would want an adult male to have at least some visible hair around his belly button. So, do most adult men unlike the women have some coarse visible belly hair?

  If you were a very hary male then you'd supposedly keep everything on your own body all natural as possible with the exception of shaving your balls / trimming bush , that's it? And still be comfortable wearing shorts or being topless with overly hairy torso? What if a woman told you that you're too much hairy and that she'd prefer you shave it before sex?

  Honestly, I don't know. I’ve been with the same guy for a long time, and guys are shaving now so who knows what is natural anymore. And if they did have hair vertically up, it would be fine. It would be good with me.

  Pineapples are sensitive so maybe it could be a little prickly but who knows maybe it's enjoyable I've never had a guy that's growing their hair back or just trimmed it I've either had completely bare from the lack of hair not that they had to shave it or really hairy never that in between where like the hair is going back from being shaved

My boyfriend is pretty trimmed. He has a little bit of hair on his stomach but not on his chest and his legs and pits i dont mind how much is there. I prefer him just average like that not very hairy.

  Yeah pretty much but his stomach he has a little hair there but everywhere else is smooth. I dont care if he has a little more but i just dont want it to be too much hair getting the way if we cuddle or i wanna give him hickies and i have to worry about hair getting in my mouth. I know it's a manly thing but i prefer he keep it a certain amount so we both feel comfortable during intimacy.
