Can you just accept anal sex is safe?

I understand that unfettered access to a medical professional is probably not available for most of you. It is for me. Therefore I have the medical view in anal sex readily available. While it is the most dangerous form of sex, due to possible tearing it is still not dangerous. It is more dangerous than vaginal sex like running is more dangerous than walking. Virtually the same level of danger. It does not cause fecal incontinence or weaken the sphincter at all.

In a healthy, committed, monogamous heterosexual relationship anal is no more dangerous than vaginal sex. There are so many misconceptions about anal sex, and so much misinformation out there about it, it's just crazy.

You are 100% correct that It does not cause fecal incontinence or weaken the sphincter. But like any other muscle, you have to be thoughtful about how you get it ready for a new activity. I think this Healthline article does a great job of explaining that.

If routine precautions are followed including some pre-cleansing before the fact, there is not a whole lot of intrinsic danger. My hooker just uses a baby wipe and then licks away! :- )

what people find as "disgusting" is often safer than things that are considered "safe". . In study after study, when bathroom seats and cell phones were both swabbed, the cell phones always come out significantly more bacteria and virus-laden than the toilet seats!

Unless you have anal fissures then it hurts like hell.  Regardless, no one can convince me to do it. I don’t care if it’s “safe,” it’s still gross.
