I put up with a man who didn't but quite honestly I would never do it again he turned out to be a major asshole.

  Are you a germaphobe or something? There’s nothing sanitary about sex. Human bodies are covered in bacteria. Both partners are exposed to each others body fluids. The human mouth is actually more unsanitary than a vagina. Are you afraid to kiss? It’s how nature designed things. We deal with it and we pleasure each other. All I can say is good luck in finding a woman who doesn’t want oral sex.

  You’re completely missing the point. Men are sexually satisfied with vaginal sex pretty much every time. Most women aren’t. Oral sex is much more important to us as a gender. It’s how the majority of us reach orgasm with a partner.
