Contrary to popular belief most porn stars don't have big boobs, it confirm two things, most guys don't care so much about boobs size, and that most guys consider fake boobs a turn-off. Personally I am not a fan of fake boobs and it's a turn-off to me. I prefer big boobs, but only as long as they are natural big boobs, and I consider natural small boobs better than fake big boobs. I might tolerate some videos with girls with fake boobs, but it despite their fake boobs, not because of their fake boobs, and it because they was able to compete for it with their skills, and the video didn't have much focus on their boobs. Yes fake boobs look weird, and fake boobs also feel weird, most guys would rather touch a natural girl's body than a plastic doll, I am always telling girls that a boobs surgery is a bad idea.

Personally I hate them, I'd rather she be flat then have fake breasts (though I think girls with smaller breasts are equally attractive as the ones with larger so I might be bias). Same goes with the fake butts and fake lips as well.
