I actually have a counter scenario I'd like your thoughts on: lets say we're in your scenario at the end of a year and you go "ok I've arbitrarily made you wait 365 days to test your resolve, we can have sex now." And then he says "good now I need to test your resolve by making you wait an arbitrary 365 days :D" What goes through your head?
