It all depends on how your relationship is. If you guys already have a healthy, happy, and loving relationship in 5 months (and are still working on it too) then I would say it is alright. Along with the fact that you were both ready to have sex and wanted it together.

Then that's a very good sign. Hopefully you guys will be together in the future too.

- I tend to have 4 rules when dating someone new.
- 1. no sexual interaction until were in a exclusive relationship.
- 2. no sex until we have been dating at least 90 days.
- 3. both of us get tested for STD's and other nasty things to prove we're clean.
- 4. we both use protection to reduce risk of pregnancy.
- if a new partner can't follow those. then their most likely not worth my time.

It really all depends on what’s “too soon” for you! Some people are comfortable having sex on the first date, it takes some people 5 months! It’s really doesn’t matter too much as long as you’re comfortable with it happening!

Very little to go on. If nothing has you concerned though, it's fine.
Only you can say if it was too soon or not. It's all about what you feel comfortable with.
Some are happy to have waited a year, some a month.1 0 0 0If you don’t regret it then it wasn’t too soon. It’s up to your own pacing and your own decision. :)

Who gonna wait for 5mnt for one pussy.0 0 2 1He’s not an asshole
Ofc he is lol. Who gonna wait for 5mnt just to get pussy? Only looser
He says he wants to marry me he doesn’t want me for just sex
It already happened, though. It's not something you can take back. The only thing that matters now is whether or not the relationship is successful. And 50% of that depends on you. (Though I personally think that each party should be giving 100%.)
1 0 0 0No, I think you waited long enough. But it depends on how you feel.
1 0 0 0Im just glad I lost it to him
Sounds like you were ready for it to happen.
My limit for virgins usv6 months minimum, but 3 for nonvirgins.
1 0 0 0There's no such thing as too soon. You did it when you felt it.
I had sex with my current boyfriend on our first date.1 0 0 0I don't think so, that seems like a good time. It'd only be too soon if you weren't ready and pressured into it.
1 0 0 0No, as long as you feel he was special to you. I honestly think thats all that matters.
1 0 0 0Yes. Any sex prior to marriage is too soon.
0 0 0 0"Soon" is a matter of respect. Not time.
0 0 0 0Only you can answer that question. There's no magic timeframe. If you love him, you made the right decision.
1 0 0 0Yes, you did.
0 1 2 0I might be wrong, but I bet you're regret will show up in a week to a month from now.
No i don’t regret it I love this man and a see a future with him and I know that he wants a future with me
I hope you are right; but experience tells me that he is much more likely just saying he wants a future with you.
