  • Sharp. It's like a sharp pinch in your lower body and bgg it can travel up your body as well. Think of it like the pain you get when you go to the dentist and they numb your gums, that sharp pain before it goes numb, in your groin area and its sharper and everytime you move or even breathe, it feels like it's that, but someone is also squeezing your guts.

It travels up to your ass even, and it makes it, so walking is almost impossible. Like the worse muscle spasm you can think of, but for us, it's in our ovarie area.

Now, think about having that pain, come out of nowhere. You're sitting in class or standing at work one day fine as can be then you feel a sudden pain start arriving, then all of a sudden, you can move. Then you have people around you expecting you to go about your day, and telling you to "get over it". And even blood can be pouring out of your gentials, that you can control and now you might have blood on your pants because your tampon might have gotten to full or your pad may have moved, but you can't really get to it because it hurts to much to move. Or you're in someplace where at the moment you can't get to the bathroom

    • Is it just me that finds it hard to breath or catch my breath when the pain is really intense

    • Oh yeah. Same. Because when you do your pain hits. I usually just breathe through my nose

    • Yep, it makes me forget how to breathe 😂

  • The first day is awful, it genuinely feels like someone is suffocating my organs, it’s the kind of pain that makes it so hard to stand up straight because you can feel it in your back and stomach. The pain for me is so intense that I will be sweating and it’s an effort just to walk to my bedroom, pain killers hardly even touch the pain as well they just kind of dull it a bit but that’s it. I’ve thrown up and passed out due to the pain, I’m completely immobile for the first and second days.

    • It honestly feels like someone is twisting my internal organs.
