If you've never had sex without a condom are you still a virgin?

The traditional definition of not being a virgin is that you have experienced penis in vagina sexual intercourse. However if a condom is worn there is a barrier so are you really experiencing it. It's a bit like passing through a city on a train and claiming that you visited it once.
Personally I think it's a minor technicality and I think it's ok to say you lost your cherry but do you agree? Does it have to be bare back to count?

  • Interesting train illustration in your details. Got me thinking.

Then i asked, what if we talk about a "virgin forest", which by definition is a forest where no man ever entered.

What if I drive a bull dozer into it, just "passing by".

This "passing by" actually cause some trees to fall and a "road" formed.

This forest is no longer a "virgin" LOL!

In similar vein, I think condom is not the issue. The issue is entering. That's what takes virginity away.

  • I can see your logic and do believe a good lawyer could make a convincing argument :)

You could also come up with a new classification of virginity as there is also the "does anal sex count" question some argue against.

Pure virgin - nothing but a tampon has entered - no fingers, toys, etc.
Self virgin - the girl alone has fingered or used toys in her
Intercourse virgin - someone else has fingered or used toys in her
Pussy virgin - girl has done anal
Bareback virgin - girl has been fucked but guy used a condom
Cum virgin - guy fucked her bareback but pulled out before cumming in her

More I think about this... it would help those who feel any outdated or religious type shame with any of those activities as they could always claim a level of virginity. Plus it would be pretty cool for girls and guys to claim achieving different sexual milestones :)

  • You're not a virgin anymore whether you had protected or unprotected sex. Plus, barebacking can cause unwanted pregnancies. And some people don't want to become pregnant. Not just that but by that logic it'd mean only people who've had babies together aren't virgins, while everyone else who protected are still virgins. Also can I point out that couples, particularly those of the same sex, have zero chance of babies.

  • Being a virgin just means you haven’t have a cock in you. But if you haven’t had sex without a condom I feel sorry for you. Wearing a condom is like wearing a rain coat on a motion simulator of a rollercoaster. It’s just not the same. I just showed a girl who had only used dildos in her ass. The sensation of a real cock sliding up her ass was so much better that it made her orgasm.

  • That would be NO!

  • That's like saying uncircumcised guys are just rubbing against their foreskin and not touching the vagina during sex.

  • Lol laughing good question I mean in alrights I see your point , but do you think it would work as a way to get sex ,,, baby I know your a Virgin and I want to keep you a virgin that's why I brought all these condoms with me as long as the skin of my cock doesn't touch the inside of you your still a virgin baby it's happy days No I DONT BELIEVE YOU ,,, Baby please LMAO

  • Once a penis penetrates a vagina you are no longer a virgin.

  • I do not think it has to be bare back to count. I have been lucky enough to have had sex with a lot of great women but I wore a condom every time until I got engaged. I guess I was a virgin with the 205 or so I slept with and used a condom!!!

    • I did mean 25 I wish it was 205!

  • this cannot be a real question. Even from a millennial.

  • There are some dated religious opinions that virginity is only lost when there is no barrier between cock and pussy.

Virginity is more of a concept than an actual physical state so it can be whatever an individual can consider loosing virginity.

  • So is the dick not going inside of you? 🙄🙄
    Clearly it does

  • doesn't matter, with or without if you had sex you are no longer a virgin...

  • when a woman gives a guy a blowjob is that classed as losing his virginity?

  • Having another person penetrate you is the loss of virginity part. I don't see a piece of latex changing that.

  • Is this a serious question?

  • Is this the new "Are you still a virgin if you have anal sex?" question?

  • Penetrative intercourse = post virginity.

  • They'd be more like an unprotected virgin I guess.

My first time was without a condom, my first two years of sex I never had to use one, the day of having use one was quite a downer.

  • no the dick still went inside you lol

  • I agree. If he put it in you, you aren’t a virgin anymore.

  • No, I think penetration already counts as losing virginity.

  • If I have oral sex or even mutual masterbation, I consider it sex.

But maybe there are a few virginities, not just one?

  • Well if it doesn't count then I'm still a virgin
