I am insecure about my 34 C breast size. Why they are so big?

Cup C is indeed already among the larger breast sizes.

Breast sizes are partially hereditary but not only. There are a number of other factors that impact on the size of them. Among those factors are a number of genetic markers, two of which have previously been associated with breast cancer risk.

A few studies have found that larger breast size is associated with an increased risk of breast cancer in lean women. Other factors affect the size of your breasts. They contain fatty tissue (also known as adipose tissue). The presence of fat tissue in the breasts means your breast size can fluctuate with weight gain or loss. It can also mean that individuals with higher body fat will often have larger breasts.

All those facts should not worry you unless your breasts become a health issue like backpain. In this case, perhaps a breast reduction may be indicated later in life.

Whatt? 34C is not big at all honey what are you getting so uncomfortable about. I think you an average size coz usually 36C are ideal n are tiny bit bigger. I am 36D n my tits are bigger for sure but not yours darling.
And importantly even if you were big you should love your body n u should own it

When my I met my late wife I found out that she had 46 EE. I knew that she was big but I didn't think that she was that big. She got a reduction down to 46 DD. I think that she was that big if not more. They took about 10 lbs from each side. She felt a lot better.

I think that if you can stay that same size you will be happier later on in life. That's just my thoughts.

I bet that you look amazing as you are. If you are that upset with them then maybe look into a reduction.

34C is pretty much the definition of "medium" and if there was such a thing as the "ideal size", I'd guess that more men would pick 34C as being it than any other. Not sure what your real issue is...

They aren't big, those are average. Mine are bigger. You get only one body that genetics gave you, so learn to love yourself and look in the mirror more often.

If they are natural, be proud of them. If they are your best asset, get a special bra that shows them off the way you want to. You were born with them. It’s part of your sexuality and your femininity. Never feel insecure about anything you can’t change.
