Male and Female genital cutting (circumcision) are both purely cosmetic procedures. Culture/tradition is not a reason to cut your child - traditionally women couldn't vote, and people owned slaves... future generations will be horrified to learn about our prevalence of genital cutting.
Religion is an even worse excuse. You have the right to practice your own beliefs and to have your family follow whatever hocus pocus BS you want. You do not have the right to permanently alter anyone else's (including your kids) body though; no matter what your imaginary friend says. They have the right to their own body and religious belief

Cutting the genitals of someone who cannot consent is MUTILATION whether male genital mutilation or female genital mutilation, both are equally abhorrent!

I think that’s a decision best left to the parents of a child based on their own personal/religious beliefs and cultural norms. Personally, I think circumcised penis’s are much more attractive. That’s just my opinion. However, I don’t presume to tell others what they should or shouldn’t do.

Honestly, I do not. If a guy is circumcised due to his own choice, it's fine. But the fact that they do it to babies, who obviously can't consent, I have an issue.

Also, the fact that it was done to try to curb masturbation in boys is weird, because I've been told by many that it doesn't work.

Uncircumcised men have better sex since the foreskin naturally stimulates the head. They also look better.
