Im 20, She’s about 33.

These are her words, not mine. this is her point of view.

She says: She’s caught me “jacking off in my room multiple times.”
She said I “tried” to grab her ass but she moved before I could

& She said I told her she had nice boobs.

If she told that to the police
Could I be arrested? & Charged as a sex offender?

All she’s doing is calling our family members & telling everyone I’m a pervert, trying to embarrass me & my family.

The only remark of your cousin the police might take into consideration is the ass grab attempt. It's far-fetched for that to land you in even just a precinct cell. Lol basically from what I understood, whatever files you deleted will remain in your device but it's quality and visibility will be compromise if your device get infected with a virus or malware, also if your computer presents software issues. Overtime the files you delete will naturally decompose, which will unable you to fix them, because overtime you'll delete tons of things that will overwrite what you deleted long before.
