If this is a thing, I had no idea. Based on anonymous post: "When your balls hurt so much from round one but you really want to keep going, is it ok to?"

most guys' balls hurt if they keep getting to the orgasm point, then stop, then again and again..

Or. if they have had sex so much in a day, there is not much sperm left in the testicles...

And some times, if he thrusts too hard, hitting your body, they can hurt.. or if you are putting pressure on them with your body... (or if you are controlling his orgasm by squeezing his balls to stop him from ejacing.. I have done that, esp with a Lingam Massage...30 mins to cum..)

I have no idea. My husband has never mentioned his balls hurting after sex. He claims they hurt if it’s been a while since we had sex though. 🤷🏻‍♀️

lol... I like how that other thread spawned this question... smallish balls here so it's not happened often to me... only times I'd say is after edging for an extra extended period of time.

As I suggested in the other thread... be interesting to see if you get any guys with doorknocker balls to reply here. I believe those are the types that can feel some pain after really thrusting and pounding :)

On occasion, it can. Usually after a long time of hard thrusting, or sometimes if the guy has a huge orgasm his prostate might be a little sore/tender, which "feels" like his balls are sore because the prostate is right next door. It's not a normal, every-time kind of thing, but it can happen once in a while.

No, they only hurt from blue balling, eg too long aroused w/o relief, but using them for their intended purpose never hurts. Admittedly, after the 3rd time in a row there’re not much sperm left but hurting? No way.

it can from the pressure and hiw much slapping from swinging they do depending on hiw sensitive they are. usually its more about the lack of cumming for awhile before that, hence the term blue balls.

I think i have bell clappers syndrome or something so my balls sort of hang (completely unreliable self-diagnosis). So whenever I'm in positions where I have to thrust e. g. doggy, my balls might hit against her body. That sometimes causes some physical pain if i go too hard.
