They make some dildos that have testicles, veins, and the penile head. Some of those even have suction cups on them so you can do different positions. All other dildos and sex toys may just be phallus, as it's the realistic ones that mostly have veins and testicles. I don't think we want them screaming though as they aren't action figure toys. But yeah, if you compared the regular realistic dildos to the fleshlights, the dildo is more accurate looking by far.

  You use the tentacle one the same as the other ones: It goes in your vagina to masturbate with. If not then your butt, but I don't think tentacle would work well there. It could possibly feel good, but may not work as well as the other dildos. But that's the butt not vagina. The little suctions are made for clitoral stimulation, even though it only looks like it's there for style. The only dildo I'd be more concerned of though is the twisty one up there, the other just looks like a smooth one. But more than likely I think they might be silicone.
