It's honestly "school uniform" wear, which makes it wear for people trying to capture youth in my opinion, so if you are young fair play, over 20 and you aren't at a school fancy dress party, it's a no from me

Eh, im not really sure, it pretty easy to make a lot lf things hot or sexy by making them really short, i guess it matters more what kind of state of mine im looking at it with, like if my girlfriend is wearing a plaid skirt and is trying to be alluring, than yes the skirt is definitely gonna be doing it for me, but if i just saw someone on the street I wouldn't think about it a lot
